Mission Statement:

SAMY is a unique youth driven program designed to hone the scholarship and leadership abilities of the Muslim Youth.

SAMY strives to create an environment conducive to Islamic learning, character development, and leadership skills. In the Qur'an, Surah Al-Kahf, Verses 9-16 describe the plight of youths surrounded by a society full of ills. These youth sought refuge from corruption in a cave.

SAMY makes every effort with the grace of Allah (SWT), to create that same environment of refuge for youth who seek a place of Islamic values and taqwa (consciousness of Allah).

Our goal is to develop American Muslims who are proud of their Islamic identity and understand their society while being aware of their responsibilities as citizens of a world that will someday look to them for solutions to it's problems.
