Why sponsor SALAM
Every year, our banquet brings together around 250 guests — community leaders, donors, families and long-time supporters — for an evening that funds the programs SALAM runs throughout the year. Sponsors play a key part in delivering a successful event for our community and in ensuring that the majority of funds raised go directly toward our mission.
This year’s banquet has a total operating cost of approximately $25,000 against a fundraising goal of $200,000 — meaning your sponsorship has a direct, outsized impact on the programs we’re able to fund in the year ahead.
We’ve built three sponsorship tiers — Platinum, Gold and Silver — each offering a distinct level of visibility, recognition and engagement with our community. A summary comparison and full details for each tier follow below.

Sponsorship tier details
One premium reserved table for ten near the stage, plus:
- One premium reserved table (10 seats) at the front of the banquet hall ($500 value)
- Logo featured on event signage ($500 value)
- Top-tier logo placement on all event signage, the SALAM website and social media ($3,000 value)
- Named individually by the MC during the evening ($250 value)
- Dedicated social media feature in the lead-up to the event ($1,000 value)
- An ad slide in the banquet slide deck ($500 value)
Four premium seats — half a table ($200 value) — plus:
- Logo placement on event signage, the SALAM website and social media ($2,500 value)
- Named individually by the MC during the evening ($250 value)
- Included in shared pre-event social media promotion ($500 value)
Two reserved seats at the banquet ($100 value), plus:
- Logo placement on event signage, the SALAM website and the program booklet ($1,000 value)
- Group recognition by the MC alongside the other Silver sponsors ($100 value)
- Included in shared pre-event social media promotion ($500 value)
Seat values above are calculated at the $50 at-the-door ticket price. Advance admission to the banquet is $35.
