Financial Assistance

SALAM’s Education Scholarship Committee is offering financial scholarships that will be given during the Fall Banquet. The scholarship amount is between $ 1,000 to $ 1,500.

Scholarships are available to Muslim students who are enrolled in colleges and universities and meet all the requirements.

Zakat money can only be given to those who meet certain criteria, as outlined in Islamic teachings.

To apply for Zakat at SALAM, you must complete and submit to the SALAM office the Zakat application obtained from the office, with all supporting documents. If an application is submitted without the required documents, it is considered incomplete and will be rejected.

If SALAM Weekend School’s Tuition payment presents a hardship for you, we urge you to speak to a school administrator for payment arrangements.
