Roof renewal

The roof is fixed. The bill isn't.

It leaked above the prayer hall and above the classrooms where children recite. Replacing it couldn't wait for the money to be raised first — so SALAM paid for it out of pocket.

The work is done and the building is protected. What's left is the bill. Every gift here goes straight against it, and every dollar that comes off it goes back into programs, classes, and services.

Can I change or cancel my monthly gift?
Yes — raise, lower, pause, or cancel any time through your Donorbox account.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. SALAM Islamic Center is a registered 501(c)(3). EIN: 68-0110471. You'll receive a receipt for each gift, and monthly donors receive an annual statement.
Where does my donation go?
General gifts support prayer services, education, programs, staff, utilities, insurance, and the care of our facilities. Gifts designated for the roof, sponsorship, or zakat go where you choose.
Is my payment secure?
Donations are processed through Donorbox and Stripe. SALAM never sees or stores your card details.
How is monthly giving different from giving at Jumu'ah?
Both matter. Jumu'ah gifts support the work happening now; monthly giving lets SALAM plan a year ahead instead of a week ahead.
Can I give in someone's honor or memory?
Yes — add their name in the notes field when you give.
