🗓️ June 24th: Mental Illnesses, Treatments, and Prevention – The discussion will focus on understanding various mental illnesses, their symptoms, and the importance of early detection. Najia will provide an overview of the available treatments, demonstrating that mental illness is manageable and recovery is possible. This session aims to demystify mental health issues, remove the stigma attached to them, and promote preventative measures to maintain good mental health.
