This seminar offers a roadmap for approaching and engaging with the Quran in a meaningful and systematic way. We’ll delve into Imam Ghazali’s unique perspective on the Quran’s “Jewels,” unlocking its profound wisdom. We’ll then explore two powerful methods of Quranic interpretation: Thematic Tafsir, which focuses on recurring themes, and Chronological Tafsir, which examines the verses in their historical context.
Through a blend of lectures and interactive workshops, you’ll gain practical tools to develop your own personalized approach to studying and connecting with the Quran.

Guest Speaker: Shaykh Rami Nsour
Rami Nsour is a scholar, counselor, public speaker, teacher, and translator of Islamic texts. Spending over 10 years within the Mauritanian tradition (mahdara) system of studying Islam, Shaykh Rami received licensure (ijaza) to share his wisdom with students.
Rami Nsour co-founded the Tayba Foundation, the first organization in the United States to offer a distance-learning program in Islamic Education to incarcerated men and women.
