Ramadan Vendor Sign-Up

Bring your business to SALAM this Ramadan. We’re offering a limited vendor setup opportunity during Ramadan for community-friendly vendors. We can accommodate 1 dessert vendor and 1 clothing vendor each day.

Vendor Fee: $50 per day (paid when booking)
Spots: First-come, first-confirmed (limited to 1 vendor per category per day)

How it works

  • Choose your category: Dessert or Clothing
  • Pick an available date (only one vendor per category per day)
  • Pay the $50 to confirm your reservation
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival and setup details
  • Booking multiple nights? Please reserve each date separately.

Vendor setup details

  • Arrival / Setup: Please arrive 30 minutes before Maghreb or Taraweeh
  • Space: A designated vendor table/area will be assigned on arrival
  • Electricity: Limited. Request it during booking if needed
  • Respect the prayer environment: Keep pathways clear and volume low
  • Cleanliness: Leave the area clean and remove all trash/boxes

Refund/cancellation Policy

Vendor reservations are non-refundable unless SALAM cancels the vendor night.
If you can’t make your date, you may transfer your reservation to another available date if requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

Dessert Vendors

Desserts, pastries, baked goods, packaged treats, and masjid-appropriate items. Pre-packaged items are strongly preferred. Vendors are responsible for food safety and compliance.
